Return & Refund Policy
At Intentional Glow, every candle and wax melt is made in small batches with care and intention. Because of the nature of handmade goods, we ask that you review our policy below before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, all candle and wax melt sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used, opened, or burned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item(s)
• A photo of the shipping box and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Art & Decorative Candles
Some of our candles are designed as art pieces and may include sculptural details or embellishments. These candles may not perform like standard container candles and are intended to be enjoyed visually or burned with care and realistic expectations.
For safety and preservation:
• Art candles should not be lit in the boutique
• If you choose to burn them, remove decorative elements first and burn on a heat-safe surface
Scent Preferences
Because scent perception is highly personal, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on fragrance preference.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, Intentional Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
